- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for refunds or returns. Please check the product description before making a purchase.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.

- Secondhand-Merchandise reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
- Any items returned without prior authorization or not meeting the eligibility criteria will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

Please note: A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned sale items that are final sale and cannot be returned. The following items cannot be returned: lithium-ion batteries.
